Camille DuPont
Camille DuPont was a French professional ballet dancer born circa 2008 in Paris. She trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School and later earned a BFA in Dance from Juilliard before joining New York’s professional dance community. Camille was the mother of Clara Keller and the former partner of Jacob Keller, with whom she had a ten-year relationship from 2031 to 2041.
Early Life and Education
Camille was born and raised in Paris. French was her native language, and she later became fluent in English.
She received elite ballet training at the Paris Opera Ballet School before moving to New York for Juilliard’s dance program. After completing her BFA, she worked as a professional ballet dancer.
Dance Career
By 2031, Camille was dancing with Meridian Ballet in New York City. She performed in the company’s full-length ballet staged to Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in E minor, for which Jacob served as the featured piano soloist. Their rehearsals and performance collaboration led to their romantic relationship.
Family and Core Relationships
Clara Keller
Clara was born on June 21, 2035, four years into Camille and Jacob’s relationship. Jacob became Clara’s primary caregiver during infancy while Camille continued her professional and social life.
After the 2041 custody dispute, Camille retained court-ordered visitation. Clara experienced the visits as socially demanding and returned to Jacob’s home exhausted from the behavior and presentation expected in Camille’s social circle.

Romantic and Significant Relationships
Jacob Keller

Camille and Jacob were together from 2031 to 2041. Their early connection grew from their collaboration with Meridian Ballet, but the relationship became increasingly ableist and emotionally harmful. Camille excluded Jacob from events connected to his own achievements, allowed her friends’ hostility toward his disabilities and neurodivergence to shape their shared social life, and treated his seizures, migraines, and autistic distress as embarrassing or disruptive.
After Clara’s birth, Camille provided little support during Jacob’s severe postpartum crisis. On Clara’s first night home, she mocked him during a panic and seizure emergency and left the home while Jacob and their friends were managing the crisis.

Separation, Custody, and Later Contact
In 2041, Camille ended the relationship and took six-year-old Clara with her. During the custody dispute, she used Jacob’s psychiatric history, autism, epilepsy, and other disabilities to argue that he was unfit to parent. She also misrepresented Clara’s desire for contact with him.
Clara’s reunion with Jacob contradicted those claims, and Clara told the court that she wanted to live with her father. Jacob received primary custody, while Camille retained court-ordered visitation.

Camille remained publicly silent after Jacob’s 2049 manic episode, tasing, arrest, and hospitalization, including while her former social circle made public statements about the incident.
During an event at the Waldorf Astoria New York, Camille remained outwardly polished but treated hotel employees as functionally invisible and did not intervene when members of her social circle behaved disrespectfully toward them. The encounter left Whitney Cuffee, one of the event-operations staff, with a lasting dislike of Camille and her circle.
