Freddie Diaz
Alfredo “Freddie” Diaz was a Puerto Rican and Cuban American talent manager from Miami, Florida. They began managing Ezra Cruz in mid-2035 and maintained the partnership for decades. Freddie later became Chief Business Officer of the Fifth Bar Collective and built its talent-management division.
Early Life and Background
Freddie was born in August 2000 in Miami. Their mother was Puerto Rican, and their father had emigrated from Cuba. At least one parent worked in the talent-agency business, giving Freddie early exposure to contracts, negotiation, and artist representation.
Freddie grew up speaking English and Spanish. Their family background connected them to both Puerto Rican and Cuban communities in Miami.
Personality and Communication
Freddie was composed, direct, and strategic. During difficult professional conversations, they tended to hold their position without matching the other person’s intensity. They paid close attention to timing, context, and the practical consequences of public decisions.
Freddie used he/they pronouns and identified as nonbinary.
