Important Information
Juilliard Scholarship: Your Juilliard Full-Tuition Scholarship of $55,500 reflects the strength of your audition and your demonstrated financial need. It covers the full published tuition charge for 2025-2026. This award is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study, provided you maintain satisfactory academic progress, remain enrolled full-time, and continue to meet financial aid eligibility requirements. The dollar amount may be adjusted in future years to reflect published tuition and continued eligibility.
Federal Aid: Federal grants and loans are contingent upon annual FAFSA filing. You must submit a new FAFSA each year by the priority deadline to be considered for continued federal aid. The 2026-2027 FAFSA will be available beginning December 2025.
Maryland Education and Training Voucher: Your $5,000 ETV award is federally funded and administered through Maryland. It may be applied to qualified attendance expenses at Juilliard. Continued funding is subject to annual eligibility, satisfactory academic progress, program funding, and the ETV application process.
Maryland Foster-Care Tuition Waiver: Maryland’s foster-care tuition waiver is limited to Maryland public institutions and cannot be applied at Juilliard. It is not included in this award.
Housing and Health Insurance: Your cost of attendance assumes a double room and meal plan in the Meredith Willson Residence Hall. It also includes the Juilliard student health-insurance charge. If your housing or insurance status changes, your cost of attendance and financial aid may be adjusted accordingly.
Outside Scholarships: If you receive any scholarships or grants from sources outside of Juilliard, you are required to notify the Office of Financial Aid. Outside awards may result in adjustments to your financial aid package.
