Cruzados Lexicon
Cruzados is the name for the Ezra Cruz-focused subset of the CRATBrat fandom. The Spanish word ''cruzado'' means "crossed" or "crusader," playing on Ezra's surname while evoking the intensity and devotion that characterized both the man and his fans.

The Cruzados gravitated toward Ezra's particular combination of musical perfectionism, emotional volatility, and unapologetic Boricua identity. His nickname--The Diva with the Golden Horn--was a badge of honor within the community. The Cruzados tended to overlap heavily with Latin jazz and Latin music fans, and their community spaces were some of the most bilingual in the broader CRATBrat ecosystem.
